Whipped Tomasu butter

Ingredients

For 2 small bowls

  • 150 g unsalted butter (at room temperature)
  • 25 g Tomasu soy sauce
  • 50 g Tahini
  • To go with: the best bread you can find 

Preparation

Put the unsalted butter, soy sauce and tahini in a bowl and mix in some air. The longer you mix, the airier your whipped butter will be. Then scoop into two small bowls (or one large one) and put in the fridge until use. Take out well before use, so that the butter can come to room temperature.
