To honor our collaboration, we’ve created a special edition: Original Tomasu soy sauce, aged in a former Champagne barrel and completely dedicated to the monastery. One of the sisters unknowingly contributed by decorating the bottle with a beautiful hand-painted design and a saying: “In simplicity lies the deepest truth.” A phrase that perfectly captures our gratitude for the partnership and all the remarkable people/volunteers we’ve come to know along the way.
