Bourbon x Tomasu Milkshake

Ingredients
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 150 ml buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons dulce de leche
- 50 ml Bourbon
- 25ml Tomasu Soy Sauce
- Ice-cold glass for serving

Preparation
Chill the Glasses
Place serving glass in the freezer
Blend the Milkshake
Add to blender:
- Vanilla ice cream
- Buttermilk
- Dulce de leche
- Tomasu Soy Sauce
Blend on high speed and mix until smooth and creamy (approximately 1 minute). Add the bourbon of choice and blend for an additional 20 seconds.
Taste and Adjust
Taste the milkshake
- Add more dulce de leche for more sweetness
- Add more bourbon for a more intense flavor
Serve
Remove chilled glasses from freezer. Pour milkshake into glasses and serve immediately.
