Red bell pepper soup

"This recipe is easy and healthy, my all time favourite."

Ingredients

  • 3 Shallots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 800 ml chicken stock
  • 4 tbsp Tomasu Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • Olive Oil

Utilities

  • Large soup pan
  • Cutting board
  • Kitchen knive
  • Blender

Preparation soup

Cut the bell pepper into cubes, but keep some rings for garnish. Chop the shallots and garlic. Heat the pan, put in some olive oil and fry the shallot and garlic. Add the teaspoon of paprika powder and Tomasu Soy Sauce. Add the bell pepper cubes and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Add the chicken stock and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Puree the soup. 

Plating

Pour the soup in pre-heated plates and garnish with the pepper rings and some extra Tomasu Soy sauce.
