Wild Garlic Whipped Butter

Ingredients
Serves 4 - Preparation 5 min
- 150 g butter
- 1 tbsp Tomasu Wild Garlic Salt
Also needed
- Hand mixer

Preparation
Melt the butter gently over low heat until fully liquid, without colouring.
Pour into a metal bowl and place over ice water. Add the wild garlic salt and whip continuously as the butter cools, until it thickens and becomes pale, light and airy.
Serve soft, at room temperature. Good with bread, grilled vegetables or warm dishes.
