The Sea Buckthorn Berry Soy Sauce is a limited edition that we've made in close collaboration with Taiko Restaurant. Each soy sauce is handcrafted in Rotterdam, the Netherlands using locally grown ingredients from our own fields.
Our signature product, Tomasu Soy Sauce, is the only small batch micro-brewed soy sauce in Europe. The soy sauce is fermented and aged, for a minimum of 24 months, in 25- to 50-year-old whisky barrels.
