This is our Tomasu Salt. Crafted from gros sel de Guérande (salt), harvested in Bretagne, France. With this salt being one of our 4 ingredients it felt natural to create a soy sauce infused salt. We fill barrels with salt and then top them off with freshly pressed soy sauce, allowing the flavors to meld and mature, resulting in a uniquely flavorful salt.
