Preperation
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Too little ice does not create a good foam layer and makes your cocktail watery.
- Add vodka, cooled espresso, coffee liqueur, Tomasu Sweet&Spicy Soy sauce, and sugar syrup to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to ensure all ingredients are well combined and chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
- Optional: Garnish with black sesame seeds floating on top. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes:
Adjust the soy sauce and simple syrup to taste. You may want to start with less soy sauce and add more if desired. For a sweeter drink, increase the sugar syrup. For a more savory profile, increase the soy sauce slightly.
